First student exchange in Onil, Spain, 27th March-2nd April 2022 - Part 4: Logo Contest

Hi, I'm Neva and I'm going to present the "Logo Contest" activity that we attended while we were in Spain with the Erasmus + project.

The point of the activity was to create a logo that would have been prepared by groups of four. Each group had to create a logo that would respect the following 3 criteria:

    - Representing the 5 participating countries
    - Representing this year's Erasmus' theme: Miracle of Nature, Inevitable Learning
    - Representing the European Union 🇪🇺

So first of all, the teacher responsible for the activity gave us some draft sheets then showed us on a board different types of logos, examples of previously done logos, and the instructions we had to follow.

Once everything was explained, we could let our imagination and creativity go wild, by drawing whatever was going through our minds. After that, everyone would share their ideas with the rest of the group and mix their logos into only one. Then, when every group was sure of their results, they were handed a blank, clean piece of paper to draw and color their final logo. We were able, then, to share it with the others so that everyone may see every groups' ideas!

Obviously, since it was a competition, our logos were rated, so that the group's logo that was the most appreciated, would end up winning, even though they were all beautiful!

My opinion on the activity, is that we had a lot of fun but the fact that we were able to share our ideas and our imagination with the other students, was more than nice. The concept of the activity was very well found, I find that it was very interesting.
