The project this blog is about is called “Miracle of Nature : Inevitable Learning” that involves students and teachers from 5 European countries : Belgium, Finland, Italy, Spain and Turkey.
The objectives of this project are to increase the levels of achievement and interest of students in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths), to use the natural and cultural European heritage as a source of knowledge, to observe environmental impacts as well as good practices to protect the environment close to our schools, to use innovative approaches outside the traditional classroom, to enhance ties among different countries.
To achieve these objectives, we will go outside the traditional classroom, using the natural environment as a lab.The surrounding environment of the different schools will be used to understand how environmental characteristics influence each place’s culture.
